310H SS Sheet has useful resistance to high temperature environments containing moderate amounts of sulfur.

310H SS Sheet machines similarly to type 304 stainless. The chips of 310H SS Sheet is stringy and it will work harden rapidly. 310H SS Sheet is necessary to keep the tool cutting at all times and use chip breakers. 310H does not respond to heat treatment. Cold work will cause an increase in both hardness and strength.
